Mölgg Dolomites Residence

The development of Mölgg Dolomites Residence for Manuela and Manfred was extremely exciting for us as a new construction project, as we had free rein and could give full scope to our creativity and architectural knowledge. The surrounding nature greatly inspired us, which is why we used abundant natural materials, wood elements, and large window fronts. A special feature of the construction process was the use of precision bricks, which enabled faster and easier building. From the inviting reception and fireplace lounge, guests can access various hotel facilities such as the breakfast room, fitness room, and ski depot. The ten guest apartments, furnished in alpine style, stand out with their refined natural wood details. We kept the design of the exterior area minimalistic so that the monoblock pool and the garden with a sunbathing lawn blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment.
